The shirt is sewn by joining two tablecloths. The inside is sewn with French seams, the outer hems are sewn with a handmade diagonal stripe, and the entire shirt is completed with old mother-of-pearl buttons.

The tablecloth from which the shirt is sewn is hand-embroidered and up to 80 years old, so you may find a small discrepancy on the shirt. A blob or a hole that tells its story. Please take this into account when buying and praise its possible small flaws.

Care

I washed every single tablecloth in the washing machine before sewing to make sure that the fabric would last and not stain. However, since these are hand-embroidered tablecloths, I recommend hand washing as gently as possible. All shirts are made from natural materials, so if they don't have stains, you just need to air them out after each wear.

Wearing a story, that's what it's all about

Each shirt is made from an old tablecloth. And it carries a story. I started sewing shirts from tablecloths mainly because of the quality that old, proven fabrics hide in themselves. The overlap of the story came only at the moment when I walked around in one of the shirts made from the tablecloth.
