The shirt was made from old tablecloth. Sewn together with French seams on the inside, the outer seams are hemmed using handmade bias bindings, and the whole look is completed by vintage pearl buttons.

The shirt was made of a tablecloth that had been embroided by hand, and since it is over 80 years old, you can find a little flaw on your shirt every now and then. A small stain or a hole that tell its story. Please remember it when making a purchase and glorify the little imperfections.

Care

Before sewing, I wash every piece of table cloth in the washing machine to make sure that the fabric is strong enough and it doesn’t stain. However, I recommend washing them as gently as possible, ideally by hand. Each shirt is made of natural fabric, so, unless you find a stain, simply hang the shirt in fresh air after you have worn it.

Mať na sebe príbeh, o tom to celé je

Každá košeľa je ušitá zo starého obrusu. A nesie v sebe príbeh. Šiť košele z obrusov som začala hlavne kvôli kvalite, ktorú v sebe staré, rokmi overené látky skrývajú. Presah príbehu prišiel až v momente, keď som sa v jednej, z obrusu vytvorenej košeli, prešla.

O značke
